Bonnie C. Shea is the founder and CEO of Urban Oil and Gas Group LLC, a private equity company specializing in direct investments in oil and gas assets. Bonnie graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in accounting and received the Accounting Excellence Award. This year, Bonnie was honored as one of the 2021 UTD Distinguished Alumni Award Recipients. She is also a restauranteur and advocator for the city of Plano. She is the founder of Urban Crust, Urban Rio and Urban Seafood Company. She has served as director and chairman of the Historic Downtown Plano Association and as director for the Downtown Plano Arts and Heritage Foundation. When not working, Bonnie loves to play tennis, spend time with Nathan, her three daughters and five grandchildren and her ninety-one year old, larger than life, Dad.
