Hunter Holt

Managing Partner, Starbucks

Hunter Holt, Co-owner and founder of ECO, LLC, graduated in 2010 from Midwestern State University with a BA in Business. Hunter worked for his dad’s company, Audio Visual Management Group from 2010-2014 until they were acquired by Freeman, a highly admired event management company and stayed on with Freeman from 2014-2018. In 2018 Hunter left Freeman to start up Eastside Coffee Operators, LLC. Along with his father-in-law, Nathan Shea. ECO, LLC currently owns and operates three Starbucks licensed stores. Hunter is married to Caycee Holt, the co-owner of Urban Core and together they have three boys, Casher, Heath, and Kirby. Hunter enjoys being outdoors- hunting, fishing, and playing sports with the boys.
